7.04lb John Bull Light LME
1LB LD Carlson Belgian Candy Sugar
1oz Sterling pellet hops at 30min
.5oz Cluster pellet hops at 30min
1oz sterling pelet hops @ 55 min
Add 2.5 gallons schnucks spring water to boil pot bring to 100 F
Steep Grains up to 150 F for 24 minutes
Remove from heat and add 2 cans (7.04lb) John Bull Light LME
Stir
Stir
@ 35 min Remove from heat and add 1lb Candy Sugar Stir till desolved
@ 30 min add 1oz Sterling pellet hops at 30min,
.5oz Cluster pellet hops at 30min
Crush .25oz Coriander and add @45min
Add .25oz bitter orange peel
Add 1tsp Irish Moss @50min
Add 1oz sterling pelet hops @55min
Sparged wort onto 2.75 gal schnucks spring water
Cooled to 78F, pitched yeast.
O.G. 1.038 (seems really low, seemed to need to mix a little more)
